eSSENCE@LU New Projects Talks 2026, Part 3

The eSSENCE call for proposals in Lund in the autumn of 2025 resulted in eight projects (out of 45 proposals) formally starting 1 January 2026. There will be an opportunity to learn more about these new projects in a series of three sessions held online over Zoom. After the talks, there will be a chance to chat with the speakers and other participants.
The programme for the third session is:
- 10:30 Welcome + introduction
- 10:35 An e-science platform for automated activity assessment in a home-like lab environment - Pär Halje (Integrative Neurophysiology)
- 11:00 Modelling of the sound generation mechanism in dolphin echolocation - Josefin Starkhammar (Biomedical Engineering) and Robert Klöfkorn (Mathematics)
- 11:25-11:35 Digital mingle
