eSSENCE-EMMC Meeting 2025 brought together experts in materials and molecular e-science

The meeting was a great success, with 90 participants discussing materials and molecular e-science, and modelling within the natural sciences, engineering, and industry.

Multiscale modelling, speed-up of computer simulations, the new European AI factories, industry–academia collaboration challenges, and many other aspects were in focus.

"The meeting provided a great opportunity for researchers and industry to connect and share the latest advances in multiscale modelling and AI-driven materials science. The energy and engagement throughout the event were truly inspiring," say Kersti Hermansson and Peter Broqvist, two of the main organizers.
